4. Time for issuance of bidding documents is from 7:30 A.M of 24 January 2014 to 8:00 A.M of 24 February 2014 (during working hours).
5. Bids shall be sent to PMU for Water Supply – Sewerage - Environment Project.
6. All bids will be publicly opened at 8:00 A.M of 24 February 2014 (Vietnam time), at office of PMU for Water Supply – Sewerage - Environment Project.
7. PMU for Water Supply – Sewerage - Environment Project invites representatives of all interested bidders who have submitted bids to attend the bid opening at the time and venue stated above.
