“ To Dien Bien Phu-2014” open national cycling tournament started on May 01^st and ended on May 06^th, 2014. Total length of the “ To Dien Bien Phu 2014-People’s Armny Newspaper” tournament is about 555km with starting point from Ha Noi and finish in Dien Bien Phu city. All competing stages passing serveral historical place names associated with Bien Bien Phu campaign such as Moc Chau, Pha Din mountain pass, Tuan Giao. This is an important event of Viet Nam cycling to mark the 60^th anniversary of battle of Dien Bien Phu Victory and National holidays. Concurrently, this is an opportunity to educate moral and thought to improve professional skills of Vietnam women riders.

Right after finishing the tournament, organization board and riders made many thanking activities to policy families, people who devoted toViet Nam Revolution to practically mark the 60^th anniversary of battle of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

In team competition content, the team of Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment (BIWASE) has excellently become the champion team with 26 hours 48 minutes 31 seconds, the 2^nd prize was awarded to Co May Dong Thap 2 and the 3^rd prize was also given to the team from An Giang Botanical Protection Joint Stock Company.

For invidual prizes, BIWASE women riders have won these prizes: second prize for rider Nguyen Phan Ngoc Trang, third prize for rider Cao Thi Cam Le, rider Tran Thi Tuyet Nuong got the seventh prize and rider Nguyen Thuy Dung received the ninth prize in final competition.
