Water Bill Payment Guide
The payment intermediaries currently partnered with BIWASE include Payoo, MoMo, VNPay, ViettelPay, VNPTPay, and the Vietnam Post system (VNPOST). Payment via these intermediaries is suitable for customers who do not have accounts with banks directly linked to BIWASE, as these intermediaries are connected with most banks in Vietnam and operate an extensive nationwide network of affiliated transaction points. In addition, these payment intermediaries often offer promotional programs that attract a large number of customers.
01. Payment via e-wallet applications
Customers can download the Payoo, MoMo, VNPay, ViettelPay, or VNPTPay applications from smartphone app stores, register an account and password, and link their bank account to make water bill payments
03. Direct payment at transaction points
Payment intermediaries are linked with thousands of payment points nationwide, including supermarkets, convenience stores, electronics stores, motorbike shops, banks, pharmacies, and others.
These payment points are located in most residential areas and operate beyond office hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, to ensure convenient and fast payment services.
Customers may visit the nearest transaction point, provide their Service Code (Customer ID), and request bill collection to complete the water bill payment
04. Payment at post offices under the Binh Duong Provincial Post Office system (VNPOST)
Customers may visit the nearest post office, provide their Service Code (Customer ID), and request bill collection to pay their water bills.
