After a journey of more than 50 years of investment and development, we began our startup days under extremely difficult conditions, with an initial capacity of only 5.000 m³/day. Today, our water supply capacity has exceeded 1.000.000 m³/day, a more than 200-fold increase. Our workforce has grown 50 times larger, serving 100% of urban areas within the province and over 80 peri-urban communes. Our clean water supply meets all demands of local production facilities at the most competitive prices in the region.
With the motto "For Community Health, For a Sustainable Environment," every activity of the Company is centered around people. The Company expanded its operations beyond Binh Duong Province to other localities, including Binh Phuoc, Can Tho, Long An, Quang Binh, Vinh Long, and several other provinces and cities.
- Temporary landfill sites ceased accepting municipal solid waste and transitioned to a circular waste treatment approach, including the recovery of organic materials for compost production, energy recovery through waste-to-energy plant, and the reuse of bottom ash and slag as raw materials for construction materials.

2000: The issuance of shares to increase charter capital was completed, with the issued shares accounting for 25% of the charter capital. The State’s ownership in BWE accounted for 10% of the charter capital.

Inauguration of the Tan Hiep Water Treatment Plant, increasing capacity by 100,000 m³/day.
- 2021: Among which, BECAMEX Group currently holds 19.44% of the Charter Capital at BIWASE (in which the indirect State capital accounts for about 18.55% of BIWASE's Charter Capital).
2017 - 2019
- July 20, 2017: The Company officially listed its shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) under the ticker symbol "BWE".
- From August to September 2017: The State divestment process was implemented. On September 22, 2017, the divestment of 10% State ownership was completed, reducing the State’s ownership to 41%.
- March 2019: An additional 16% State ownership was divested, reducing the State’s ownership to 25% of the charter capital.
2015 - 2016
- September 30, 2016: The Company was transformed from a 100% State-owned limited liability company into a joint stock company under the name "Binh Duong Water – Environment Joint Stock Company", with a charter capital of VND 1,500 billion, of which 51% was State ownership and 49% was private ownership.
- Inauguration of the Chon Thanh Water Treatment Plant, with Phase 1 capacity of 30,000 m³/day.

June 2010: The ownership representative rights over the State capital were transferred to Becamex IDC Corporation - One Member Limited Company, which has continued to act as the ownership representative to date.
