01. Procedures For New Water Supply Registration

Water supply system and meter installation services for households/businesses without existing water usage contracts.

Required documents: Application for water supply, Proof of house/land ownership, and the ID Card/Citizen Identification Card/Passport of the household head (or property owner). View the detailed procedure at the transaction counter or on the Mobile BIWASE application.

02. Procedure For Changing The Contract Owner (Name Transfer)

Support for transferring the right to use and the payment responsibility of the water contract upon sale/purchase, inheritance, or change of property ownership.

Requirements: Request Form/Application, Debt Liquidation Record (if applicable), Documents proving new ownership (Sale/Purchase Contract, Land Use Right Certificate).

03. Water Meter Relocation Service

Technical service supporting the relocation of the water meter installation position as requested by the customer (due to house renovation, architectural changes).

Procedure: The customer submits an application and a drawing/sketch of the new location. BIWASE will survey, provide a quote for technical costs, and carry out the relocation within X working days.

04. Inspection, Maintenance, And Repair Of The Post-Meter Water System

Support customers with checking meter accuracy, and repairing leaks or damages in the internal plumbing system post-meter.
