A Laboror Conference-Year 2015- was held in the afternoon of January 27th, 2015 by Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co., Ltd (BIWASE). Mr.Le Thanh Nhon-Chairman of Binh Duong Labor Ferdaration, and one leader from Investment & Industrial Development Corporation (BECAMEX IDC) –an owner of BIWASE-together with more than 200 deligates representing for all labor force of BIWASE attended the conference.

On this occation, BIWASE’s business result in 2014 was reported at the conference. In 2014, BIWASE had to face with many difficulties which caused reduce in attracting investment for Binh Duong province in early months of the year. In addition, there was a problem happening in some industrial parks in Binh Duong in May 2014 which created a big challenge for BIWASE in reaching its yearly plan.

However, with many efforts made by BIWASE’s staff and unity from thought to action of BIWASE’s management board as well as loborors, result achieved in 2014 is beyond all expectations, in which, BIWASE’s revenue significantly exceeded the point of 1,000 billion dong, with 28% higher than its plan.

Laborors attending the conference were pleased with increase in their income, living conditions were significantly improved. These made laborors keep their mind on their work and they will devote and work for the company in a long time. This is an advantage for the company when starting a new year with new target to reach a figue of 1,300 billion dong in its plan.

A people inspection section- term 2015-2017- was voted at the conference and there were also 1 excellent unit and 7 laborors in charge of network controllers awarded due to excellently fulfilling their duties in 2014. Especially, the President of Member Board of BIWASE was awarded a certificate of merit “ National competing soldier” and 7 others were also awarded certificate of merits signed by the Prime Minister for their excellent activities contributing to the company in 2014.
