On 22/11 Mr. Nguyen Van Thien - Chairman of Binh Duong Water and Environment Joint Stock Company (BIWASE) and Mr. Youngseok Kim - Chairman and CEO of TSK Group (South Korea) officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish multilateral cooperation and explore business opportunities related to environment sector such as: water treatment, waste management, renewable energy, urban exploitation and soil handling.

Two sides continue to find potential projects, to highlight their responsibilities and obligations to effectively implement the works and to strive for a long-term strategic business partners. TSK Corporation – Korea is a famous brand in construction and trade in environmental services, advanced technology, modern equipment in water, waste and bio-gas treatment. It has strong financial capacity and network in many countries in the world. With respect to BIWASE, after 40 years of establishment and development, it has gradually affirmed its position in the market as one of the leading companies in clean water production and sales, waste treatment and wastewater treatment and products to market. In early November 2019, BIWASE was awarded by ASEAN Business Advisory Council for “2019 ASEAN Sustainable Social Enterprises” thanks to its contributions to society: clean water supply, good waste and wastewater treatment. It is the first enterprise in the industry to be honored and awarded for the ASEAN noble award. In addition, BIWASE has recently been voted by Forbes-Vietnam to be ranked in the list of 50 most effective listed companies on the stock market in 2019.
