On the morning of Nov.04th, charity team of Binh Duong Water-Environment Joint Stock Company (BIWASE) arrived at Chau Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province after 2 days travelling from Binh Duong, crossing over 1,300 kmto come to people living in the flooded central region. This is a social charity work mobilized by BIWASE to directly give cows, tole and relief presents to people who were seriously affected by the 2 consecutive floods in the last Oct. in Chau Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province.

Mr. Cao Xuan Tin-permanent Vice Chairman of Tuyen Hoa district People Committee- and Mr. Pham Huy Hoang-Deputy Secretary and Chairman of Chau Hoa commune People Committee - attended the Giving Ceremony together with local authorities and residents.

Mr. Cao Xuan Tin- permanent Vice Chairman of Tuyen Hoa district People Committee-said that there were about 100 relief missions coming to Tuyen Hoa district. However, most of relief presents were food, money or presents. There were about 20 relief missions to Chau Hoa commune, but there was no mission giving practical presents like BIWASE-presents that enable people in repairing their houses and having breeding cows to improve their life after being seriously affected by the 2 consecutive floods.

20 poor and being effected households were selected to give tole and cows by BIWASE’s Trade and Youth Unions and Chau Hoa Commune People Committee. Each household was given 1 breeding cow and 16 pieces of tole with total value of 23 million VND. This supporting present from BIWASE will contribute to stabling residents’ living conditions after being affected by floods.
Mr. Pham Huy Hoang, Chairman of Commune People’s Committee committed to remind and assist his residents to vaccinate their cows to protect them from diseases. Poor households of Chau Hoa commune make up about 8% of households in Chau Hoa.

Addressing at the Giving Ceremony, Mr. Truong Van Nghia, Manager of Administration and human Recourse Department of BIWASE, gave his best regards to local authorities and residents who were affected by the 2 last floods. All given presents issentiment and love from BIWASE, Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company, Chanh Phu Hoa Construction-Investment Joint Stock Company, NTP Ltd., Company and D&B Engineering-Trading Ltd., Companyto collect to enable people in stabling and overcomingtheir life after the 2 floods.
