BIWASE DONATES 1.1 BILLION VND TO NOTHERN PROVINCES AFFECTED BY YAGI TYPHOON (NO.3)

Binh Duong, September 11, 2024 – In a meaningful gesture to support the northern provinces heavily affected by Typhoon No. 3, Binh Duong Water and Environment Corporation - Joint Stock Company has decided to donate 100 million VND to each of the impacted provinces. The total donation, amounting to over 1 billion VND, will be distributed to the provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Son La, Hoa Binh, Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Cao Bang, and Phú Thọ

According to the company representative, this support is intended to promptly assist the people in localities severely affected by Typhoon No. 3, as many residents are facing the loss of property and homes, as well as shortages of food and essential supplies.

General Director Tran Chien Cong emphasized: "With the spirit of 'mutual support and solidarity,' the company wishes to contribute a small part to help our compatriots overcome difficulties and rebuild their lives after the disaster." He also expressed hope that this support will assist the affected localities in swiftly stabilizing and recovering.

Binh Duong Water and Environment Corporation - Joint Stock Company, through the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association, will allocate funds and organize the purchase of essential food and supplies to be directly delivered to affected households. This effort is part of the company's ongoing series of community-focused activities that have been implemented for many years.
