BIWASE supports livelihood restoration in Vinh Long through breeding cow donation
Responding to the movement to support citizens in restoring production after natural disasters, on February 4, 2026, Binh Duong Water - Environment Joint Stock Company (BIWASE, stock code: BWE - HoSE) continued to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Dinh Commune, Vinh Long Province. This collaboration aims to share difficulties and provide poor, near-poor, and newly escaped poverty households in 2026 with better conditions to improve their lives, develop their household economies, and achieve sustainable poverty reduction. Consequently, this contributes to the local efforts in building An Dinh Commune into a standard "new-style rural area," gradually moving towards a modern rural model.
Within the framework of the program, BIWASE donated 5 reproductive breeding cows to poor, near-poor, and newly escaped poverty households in 2026 across the commune.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIWASE, stated: “The donation of reproductive cows to poor, near-poor, and newly escaped poverty households in 2026 is one of our practical activities aimed at supporting livelihoods, creating jobs, and increasing income. This helps families gradually improve their circumstances and achieve sustainable poverty reduction. At the same time, the program contributes to raising the awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, and the People in implementing the preferential policies of the Party and State for vulnerable groups, thereby promoting local economic development in an efficient and sustainable direction.”.
Representatives of the local authorities of An Dinh Commune expressed their appreciation and gratitude to BIWASE's leadership. They noted that this support of breeding stock and agricultural supplies is expected to help residents resume production soon, increase their income, and contribute to long-term stability in the local area.
Sharing her emotions upon receiving this meaningful gift from BIWASE representatives, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc expressed her sincere and deep gratitude. She shared that her family is a member of the Women's Union facing economic difficulties; therefore, being gifted a cow is not only of material value but also a tremendous source of spiritual encouragement. “Today’s gift has given my family more faith and hope, creating further conditions to develop our livelihood and gradually stabilize our lives,” Ms. Truc shared emotionally.
Previously, in January 2026, Biwase donated 25 cows and 100 tons of fertilizer to people in flood-affected areas, including 5 cows and 20 tons of fertilizer to Dien Khanh Commune, Khanh Hoa Province; 10 cows and 40 tons of fertilizer to Hoa Thinh Commune, Dak Lak Province (formerly Phu Yen); and 10 cows and 40 tons of fertilizer to Hoa My Commune, Dak Lak Province (formerly Phu Yen).
