Board of Management of Binh Duong Water - Environment Joint Stock Company (Biwase) including Mr. Duong Hoang Son - Secretary of Party Committee, Deputy General Director; Mr. Tran Chien Cong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director went to An Binh commune, Phu Giao district and Minh Thanh ward, Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong province to directly hand over to the families of Mr. Tran Huu Duc and Dang Thi Hang who were Agent Orange victims in the countryside.

Mr. Duong Hoang Son, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of Biwase wishes that with a healthy cow, all families have rural farm workers; as a result, the cow will grow quickly and contribute to increase their income.
