Within content of twinning progrmame signed on April 28^th, 2014 between Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co., Ltd (BIWASE-Vietnam) and Vientiane Capital Water Supply State Enterprise (NPNL Laos) in Vientiane, a team including management board and technicians who are in charge of water supply came to BIWASE to study and learn experience.

The team of NPNL were warmly hosted and trained from June 16^th, 2014 to June 20^th, 2014 by BIWASE. Methods of this training course were various with in-office training, site-visit to water treatment plants, in-site training and visit many water supply and environmental facilities managed by BIWASE. These visits enable NPNL to get more sufficient understanding on BIWASE’s management.

In this training course, content was focused on power saving, suitable solutions for technology and equipments to reduce power loss, technique to find leakage and solutions to overcome, how to communicate with customers, how to make customers become good partners in finding problems related to water supply. These facts contribute to reducing water loss as well as non-revenue water for BIWASE .In addition, BIWASE also share experience on how to manage, execute the company effectively and become self-finance. Many different services having been being succesfully applied at BIWASE were also introduced to NPNL.

At the end of the raining course, NPLN expressed their sincere thanks to BIWASE for this valuable support. From knowledge as well as experince achieved, NPNL will make careful study and application to improve their service in coming time.
