Information to be provided:
- Address of the location requiring repair, upgrade, or relocation.
- Current condition of the site/infrastructure.
- Name of the registered water meter owner (for upgrade/relocation requests) or the direct contact person (for pipe repair requests).
- Customer's phone number for staff contact.
1) Upon receiving this information, Branch staff will immediately contact the customer via the provided phone number to process the request.
2) Payment/Fees.
Cases Exempt from Payment / Non-Billable Services
- Repairs for non-customer faults: Cases where the customer reports a need for repair, but the fault/damage does not lie with the customer.
- Meter relocation for access: Cases where the customer requests moving the water meter from indoors to outdoors to facilitate monthly meter reading by Branch staff.
Cases Subject to Payment Based on Branch Cost Estimates:
- In case, repair requests where the pipe breakage/burst is caused by the customer's fault.
- In case, requests to raise or relocate [the meter/pipe] from one location to another at the customer's behest, provided such requests comply with Company regulations.
- In case where a contractor hired by the customer damages the water supply network. If the contractor refuses to cover the repair costs, the project/property owner shall be liable for payment to the Branch.
