Land lease/loan contract (notarized, with a remaining term within 6 months)
In case the customer is a company leasing land: a written commitment from the landowner to pay the water bill if the tenant fails to do so is required.
To best meet customer needs, the time from receiving complete information to installing the water meter is approximately 2 to 5 days, and no more than 7 days. In special cases, branch offices may handle installation within 24 hours so that customers can have water for use as soon as possible.

Note: If possible and convenient, customers are respectfully invited to visit the nearest branch office at the addresses listed above to receive more detailed consultation on services from branch staff.
