At 19:30pm on April 28^th 2014, in the Vientiane capital, Laos, the signing ceremony for MOU between Binh Duong Water Supply Sewerage Environment Co., Ltd (Biwase), Vietnam and Vientiane Water Supply Company (NPNL), Laos was hold.

This is a twinning program between Biwase and NPNL aiming to cooperate and assist NPNL in reducing electricity consumption (energy saving), reducing non-water revenue and improving customer services. Furthermore, this program is one of activities to strengthen the diplomatic relationship between Vietnam and Laos.

The ceremony respected a presence of representatives from Laos Ministry of Transport & Public Works, Vice-chairman of Vientiane capital, Department of Urban Planning & Housing Development and leaders of Biwase and NPNL.

On this occasion, Biwase offered 10 water meters to NPNL as a start of the program and hope for successful and beneficial results in the future brought to both sides.
