Despite market volatility, Binh Duong Water - Environment Corporation - JSC (BIWASE) closed the first nine months of 2026 with a highly encouraging business performance. Beyond maintaining its growth momentum, the company’s core financial indicators and service network recorded landmark highlights.

The standout achievement of the reporting period was a sharp surge in profit. Consolidated net profit after tax (NPAT) reached VND 909 billion, up 26% year-on-year. Notably, this result allowed BIWASE to exceed its full-year 2026 profit target by 18% after just nine months, delivering double-digit growth in line with the Government’s goals. Meanwhile, consolidated revenue came in at VND 4,130 billion, equal to 106% of the same period last year and 76% of the full-year plan. Furthermore, the company’s financial strength is expected to continue, as it still has approximately VND 36.814 billion in unrecognized estimated revenue from wastewater treatment for June to September, along with the second-round dividend from Tan Hiep Water Investment JSC.

This outstanding profit result owes much to the management teams at all levels, from the parent company to its subsidiaries, through their efforts to develop production and business activities, improve governance capacity, and cut unnecessary costs. During the period, consolidated total costs were kept under optimal control at VND 3,122 billion, virtually flat with growth of just 1% year-on-year. This is clear evidence of the effectiveness of the comprehensive restructuring process, especially following the strategic move of consolidating 8 water supply branches into 4 large-scale water supply branches.

Alongside financial efficiency, BIWASE’s service network continued to expand strongly. BIWASE’s water supply system successfully connected 15,099 new customers. This steady market share expansion pushed consolidated water consumption volume up 27% year-on-year, reaching an impressive 197.6 million m³. At the same time, system operations remained well controlled, with BIWASE’s water loss rate maintained at its best level.

The foundation of this remarkable growth streak cannot be discussed without mentioning the quality of its human resources and its solid financial base, further strengthened by the recent successful issuance of all 31.4 million shares. BIWASE’s sustained efforts have been recognized twice by Forbes Vietnam, in the “Top 50 best listed companies 2026” and the “Top 50 ESG pioneers 2026,” together with the “Top 100 largest private taxpayers in Vietnam” list published on the Government Electronic Newspaper, and many other prestigious awards. The impressive results of the first nine months are creating perfect momentum for BIWASE to reach new heights at the end of 2026.
