On March 09th, 2015, a Customer Conference 2015 was held by BIWASE. There were more than 200 typical customers invited to the conference.
This Conference is time for BIWASE’s board management to have direct dialogues with its customers so that the Company can make more improvement in its service as well as meet customer’s requirements with the best way.
Customers presented many valuable comments to make the Company better. Most of customers agreed and expressed their understanding with difficulties which the Company had in the last time and they also knew that the Company had made much effort relating to funding source in expanding its networks as well as services, enabling people in approaching clean water source, contributing to improving living conditions as well as protecting the environment. Especially, most of customenrs agreed with water tariff inscrease which shall be applied in March, 2015. According to customers’ opinion, water tariff inscrease is quite reasonable in the current economic situation and it is quite competative compared with ones in neiboring provinces such as Ho Chi Minh city, Dong Nai ect…At the same time, there were many ideas expressing a desire that the Company should make more concentrate on investing sewerage treatment and collection so that local residents can be connected into sewerage system.
In the ending of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thien-President and General Director of the Company- expressed his sincere thanks to customers for their valuable comments as well as trust and supports given to BIWASE during the last time. Concurrently, he also introduced some BIWASE’s new products to customers such as bottled water, Con Voi Binh Duong fertilizer made from municipal waste containing full of nutrition facts necessary for plants and this fertilizer is now receiving much trust from farmers. Beside that, some kinds of bricks made from discharged sludge were also introduced on this occation. The Company hope that all its products and services will be with and the first choice of customers.
